Gereç veYöntem: Hastanın standardize ve standardize olmayan yöntemler ile beş farklı (fizyoterapi ve rehabilitasyon,odyoloji, ergoterapi, çocuk gelişimi ve dil - konuşma terapisi) alanda değerlendirmesi tamamlanmıştır. Vakanındeğerlendirme sonuçları neticesinde kanıta dayalı tedavi planı sunulmuştur. Bulgular: SP tanılı olgunun birçokalanda müdahaleye ihtiyaç duyduğu ve bulgulara dayanarak sürecin multidisipliner bir ekip tarafından yürütülmesigerektiği gözlenmiştir. Materials and Methods: The evaluation of the child was completed via standardized and non-standardized methods in five different areas (physiotherapy and rehabilitation, audiology, ergotherapy, child development and speech therapy). Based on the results, an evidence based treatment plan was designed. Results: The results show that a child with a diagnosis of quadriparetic CP needs intervention in many areas and not only the assesment but also the intervention procedure should be carried out by an interdisciplinary team.Conclusion: This study is very important that it emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary work of healthcare professionals in cases of cerebral
