Non-Meckel İleum Divertikül Perforasyonu:Olgu Sunumu
Öz: İnce barsak divertikülleri kolonik divertiküllere göre çok daha nadir görülmekle beraber ince barsak divertiküllerinin meckel harici divertiküllerinin sıklığı %0,006 –1,3 olarak bildirilmiştir. Genellikle insidental saptanan bu divertiküller semptomlara yol açtığında genellikle cerrahi tedavi edilirler.Bu makalede bir non-meckel ileumdivertikül perforasyon olgusu sunuldu.Karın ağrısı şikayetiyle acile başvuran hastada akut karın bulguları olması ve abdominal bilgisayarlı tomografisinde serbest havagörülmesi üzerine acil şartlarda cerrahi uygulandı.Divertiküler ileum segmentleri rezekiye edilerek ileostomi açıldı.Ameliyat sonrası erken dönemde sorunsuz seyredenhastanın stoması 3. Ayda kapatıldı.

Öz: Although small bowel diverticula are more rare than colonic diverticula, the incidence of non-meckel diverticula of small bowel diverticulum is reported to be 0.006 - 1.3%. These incidental diverticula are usually treated surgically when they cause symptoms. In this article, a case of non-meckel ileum diverticulum perforation is presented. The patient was admitted to the emergency department with the complaint of abdominal pain. On physical examination, acute abdominal findings and abdominal computed tomography showed free air, the patient underwent emergency surgery. The diverticular ileum segments were resected and ileostomy was performed. The patient’s stoma was closed in the third month after surgery
