Av Tüfek Kullanımına Bağlı Subkorakoid Bursanın Sinoviyal Kondromatozisi

Öz:

Sinoviyal kondromatozis, sinoviyal membranın kondroid metaplazisidir. Sıklıkla diz ve kalça gibi büyük eklemleri ilgilendirir. Temel özelliğieklem boşluğunda sinoviyum içinde kartilajenöz nodüllerin (serbest cisimler) oluşmasıdır. Tenosinoviyal kılıfa veya bursaya lokalizeekstrartikuler sinoviyal kondromatozis nadir görülmektedir. Sıklıkla 30 ile 50 yaş arasında görülür. Bizim sunduğumuz vaka avcılıklauğraşan ve av tüfeğinin çok sık kullanımına bağlı gelişen subkorakoid bursadaki sinoviyal kondromatozis ve bu durumun neden olduğuimpingement sendromudur.

Synovial chondromatosis of the subcoracoid bursa caused by frequent shotgun use

Öz:

Synovial chondromatosis, is the chondroid metaplasia of the synovial membrane. Most commonly involved joints are large joints such asthe knee and hip are. Its main characteristic is the formation of cartilaginous nodules in the synovium and inside the articular space (loosebodies). Extraarticular Synovial chondromatosis localized to a tenosynovial sheath or bursa is seldom encountered. It usually presentsbetween the third and fifth decades. Our case is a synovial chondromatosis of the subcoracoid bursa caused by frequent shotgun use andshoulder impingement syndrome as result of this lesion.
