Türkiye evcil koyun (Ovis ammon aries)' larının işkembe siliyat (Protozoa: Ciliophora) faunası hakkında bir ön çalışma: II-Familya Ophryoscolecidae (Entodiniomorphida)

Öz:

Türkiye evcil koyun (Ovis ammon aries)'lannın işkembesinde yaşayan Ophryoscolecidae familyasına dahil siliyat protozoon içeriği araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda 8 cins (Diplodinium, Eudiplodinium, Ostracodinium, Metadinium, Enoploplastron, Polyplastrorı, Epidinium ve Ophryoscolex) altında 10 tür ve 11 forma tayin edilmiştir. En yüksek görülme sıklığına sahip cins ve tür sırasıyla Metadinium (% 85.71) ile bu cinse dahil belirlenen 2 türden biri olan M. affine (% 85.71 )'dir. Ayrıca bu çalışma Epidinium ecaudatum f. bicaudatum ve Epidinium ecaudatum f. tricaudatum için koyunların işkembesinde bulunduğuna ilişkin ilk kayıttır. Çalışmada belirlenmiş olan cins, tür ve formalara ait incelenen örneklerde tesbit edilen taksonomik karakterler, orijinal tanım ve literatürde mevcut tanımlarla karşılaştırılarak benzerlik ve farklılıklar tartışılmıştır. Ophryoscolex cinsinde, türler için verilen diagnostik karakterlerin (yani ana kaudal ışın uzunluğunun ve ikincil ışın halkası sayısının), tür ayırt edilmesi açısından uygun olmaması nedeni ile taksonomik olarak yeniden değerlendirilmesi gerektiğine işaret edilmiştir. Ülkemiz koyunlarında bulunan Ophryoscolecidae familyasına dahil işkembe siliyat faunasının, içerdiği tür çeşitliliği açısından Uzak Doğu (Çin/Japonya) ülkelerinkine benzer olduğu ve Batı Avrupa (İskoçya) ile Amerika (Alaska/Kanada)'daki koyun faunalarına göre daha zengin olduğu saptanmıştır.
