Politika transferi ve Türkiye'de özelleştirme
Öz: Politika transferi son dönemlerin popüler konusudur. Varlığı çok uzun zamandır biliniyor olmasına rağmen kavramsal bir çerçevesi oluşturulmayan politika transferi, kimler, neyi ve niçin transfer etmişlerdir soruları etrafında dizayn edilmiştir. Politika transferi, politika süreçlerinin, programlarının, fikirlerin veya kurumların bir zamandan veya bir yerden başka bir yere taşınması olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu çalışmada bu kavramsal çerçevede Türkiye’deki özelleştirme konusu analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma göstermiştir ki, Türkiye’de özelleştirme dış etkilerle beraber gerekli olduğuna inanılmış bir transferdir. Bu transferde özellikle politika hedefleri transfer edilmiştir.

Öz: Nowadays, policy transfer is very popular subject. Although, existing of it known very long time, it have not occurred conceptual framework until recently. Policy transfer framework design around some questions like who, what and why transfer happened. Policy transfer can be describing the process of policies, programs, ideas or institutions from one time and space to another. Within this framework, Turkish privatization policy analyses . In this study show us privatization impetus come from outside world but they believe that it necessary to transfer. In this transfer especially policy targets had transferred.
