Örgütsel Güvenin Çalışan Dayanıklılığı Üzerine Etkisi

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel güven ve alt bileşenlerinin çalışan dayanıklılığı üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır ve Ankara’da olan SGK Başkanlığındaki 390 çalışan katılımıyla bu model uygulanmıştır. Çalışan dayanıklılığını ölçmek amacıyla Näswall ve diğerleri (2016) tarafından geliştirilen ölçek Brislin’ in (1970) yöntemini kullanarak Türkçeye adapte edildikten sonra açıklayıcı faktör analiziyle geçerliliği ve güvenirliliği ispatlanmıştır. Örgütsel güveni ölçmek için Omarow’un 2009 yılında kullandığı anket kullanılmıştır. Sonraki adımda örgütsel güvenin çalışan dayanıklılığı üzerine etkisi ve alt bileşenlerinin etkisini ölçmek üzere iki doğrulayıcı faktör analiz modeli ve yapısal eşitlik modeli oluşturulmuştur. Uyum indeksleri modellerin uyum problemlerinin olmadığını ve geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik değerleri ölçüm modellerinin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu ve sonuç olarak ölçeklerin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir. Yapısal eşitlik sonuçlarına bakıldığındaysa Örgütsel güvenin çalışan dayanıklılığına pozitif ve anlamlı etkisi olduğu (β=.238) ve örgüte güven (β=.238) ve yönetime güvenin (β=.238) çalışan dayanıklılığı üzerine anlamlı ve pozitif etkiye sahip olduklarının yanısıra çalışma arkadaşlarına güven boyutu anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmektedir.
