The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Health Education, Research and Scientific Publication

Öz:
The COVID-19 pandemic has and continues to have devastating effects in many areas such as health, education, economy and poli- tics worldwide. Measures taken for the pandemic and the quaranti- ne conditions to prevent the spread of the virus have caused rapid and extensive changes such as switching to distant learning online, failure to sustain clinical practice-based training, interruption of much scientific research, steering researches into COVID-19 pan- demic and giving priority to scientific publications on pandemic. All these transforms have built challenges and modifications in health education, research, and scientific publications. In this review, it is planned to examine the effects of the pandemic on health education, research and scientific publications with the help of resource pub- lications.
