TY - JOUR TI - The Relationship of Social Exclusion and Well-being in The Context of Hunger and Poverty Threshold AB - This research aims to analyse the moderating role of household income in the relationship between social exclusion and well-being. A multiple-group analysis was conducted to determine the moderating effect of household income. The study sample included 669 people who participated in the labour market in Kocaeli; were recruited using convenience sampling. The findings showed a significant negative correlation between social exclusion and well-being. This effect was higher for those below the hunger threshold, indicating that, with increased social exclusion, there is a more significant adverse effect on well-being. These findings confirmed the moderating role of household income in the relationship between social exclusion and well-being.
