Dijitalleşme Sürecinde İstihdam Olgusunun Çok Boyutlu Analizi: Bibliyometrik ve İçerik Analizi

Öz:
Araştırmanın amac ı, dijitalle şmeye ve istihdama geni ş bir bak ış açısı kazandırmaktır. Bunun için literatürde dijitalle şme ve istihdam üzerine yapılan çal ışmalara yönelik olarak e ğilimleri belirlemek, ülke haritalar ını ortaya ç ıkarmak, anahtar kelimelerin k ırılma noktalar ını ve e ğilimlerini belirlemek, anahtar kelimeler için küme analizi ve derinlemesine ke şifler yapmak hedef al ınmıştır. Bunun için temsili be lgelerin içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Nihai olarak içerik analizinin sonucuna göre; dijitalle şme ve istihdama yönelik olarak işçi, i şveren, kamu/devlet, i şgücü piyasası, be şerî sermaye, demografi, işletme boyutlarının yer aldığı ortaya çıkmıştır.

Multidimensional Analysis of Employment in the Digitalization Process: Bibliometric and Content Analysis

Öz:
The aim of the research is to provide a broad perspective on digitalization and employment. For this purpose, it is aimed to determine the trends in the literature on digitalization and employment, to reveal country maps, to determine the breaking points and trends of keywords, to make cluster analysis for keywords and to make in-depth discoveries. For this purpose, content analysis of representative documents was made. Finally, according to the results of the conten t analysis; It has been revealed that there are worker, employer, public/state, labor market, human capital, demography, and business dimensions for digitalization and employment.
