Paranormal Turizm Kapsamında Erzurum Manyetik Yolun Değerlendirilmesi
Öz: Mevcut çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemiyle yapılmış olup yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kul- lanılarak 20 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada içerik analizi ile veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Erzurum’da bulunan manyetik yolun alternatif bir turizm çeşidi olan paranormal turizm içerisinde değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında iki tema ve dokuz kod belirlenmiştir. Birinci tema katılımcıların manyetik yol hakkındaki bilinç düzeyini kapsayan bilgi temasıdır. Bilgi teması “manyetik alan, göz yanılması, ilahi güç ve yol yapısı” kodlarından oluşmaktadır. İkinci tema ise turizm temasıdır. Turizm teması ise “tanıtım ve reklam, inanç turizmi, efsane turizmi, yapı-peyzaj ve özgün değer” olarak beş koddan oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların 18’i manyetik yolun turizm açısın- dan kullanılabileceğini belirtirken ikisi yolun turistik açıdan yeterli bir özellik taşımadığını belirt- miştir. Katılımcıların altısı burada gizemli, ilahi güçle ilgili bir hadise olduğunu belirterek inanç ve maneviyatla ilgili paranormal bir görüş sunmuşlardır. Aynı şekilde katılımcıların altısı bu yolda man- yetik bir çekim merkezi olduğu düşüncesini dile getirdiklerinden paranormal bir görüşe sahiptir- ler. Katılımcıların dokuzu yoldaki özelliğin bir göz yanılması olabileceğini belirtmiştir. Katılımcıların büyük bir bölümü (12) yolun tanıtımının yapılması gerektiğini ifade etmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra man- yetik yolun inanç turizmi ve efsane turizmi ile birlikte turistik amaçlı kullanılabileceği belirtilmiştir.
Anahtar Kelime: Evaluation of Erzurum Magnetic Road Within the Scope of Paranormal Tourism
Öz: The present study was conducted with the qualitative research method and was carried out with 20 participants using a semi-structured interview form. In the research, the data were evaluated with content analysis. The aim of the study is to evaluate the magnetic road in Erzurum as an alternative type of tourism, which is a type of paranormal tourism. Two themes and nine codes were determined within the scope of the research. The first theme is the theme of knowledge, which covers the level of consciousness of the participants about the magnetic path. The theme of knowledge consists of the codes of “magnetic field, illusion, divine power, and road structure.” The second theme is the tourism theme. Tourism theme, on the other hand, consists of five codes as “promotion and advertisement, faith tourism, legend tourism, building-landscape, and origi- nal value.” While 18 of the participants stated that the magnetic road could be used for tourism, 2 of them stated that the road did not have a sufficient touristic feature. Six of the participants presented a paranormal view of faith and spirituality, stating that there was a mysterious, divine event here. Likewise, six of the participants have a paranormal view, as they expressed the opinion that there is a magnetic attraction center on this road. Nine of the participants stated that the feature on the road could be an illusion. Most of the participants (12) stated that the road should be promoted. In addition, it has been stated that the magnetic road can be used for touristic pur- poses together with faith tourism and legend tourism.
