Pragmatizm ve yenikamu işletmeciliği

Öz:
Bu çalışmada, pragmatizm ile yeni kamu işletmeciliği arasındaki benzer özellikler karşılaştırmalı bir inceleme ile ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Yeni kamu işletmeciliği yaklaşımında pragmatizmin izlerini araştırmak üzerine odaklanan bu çalışmada, belgesel gözlem yöntemiyle ilgili kaynaklar incelenerek değerlendirilmiştir. Pragmatizmle yeni kamu işletmeciliği arasında bağlantılar kurulmasını sağlayacak kavramlar bilimsel bir titizlikle seçilerek irdelenmiş, böylelikle her iki yaklaşım arasındaki ortak noktaların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Pragmatism and new public management

Öz:
In this study, similar characteristics between pragmatism and new public management have been tried to be put forth by means of a comparative study. In this study which focuses on searching the traces of pragmatism in this new public management approach, the related resources have been investigated through documentary observation. The concepts that will allow us to create links between this new public management and pragmatism have been chosen and researched with a scientific exactingness, and thus it has been aimed to determine the common points between the two approaches.
