The relationship between economic growth and employment has an important place in the literature. Therefore, it has become an important task for academic environment and policy makers to examine the relationship between economic growth and employment. In this study; employment, economic growth in Turkey for the period 2010-2020 has been tried to analyze flexibility. Employment elasticity refers to the percentage change in employment versus a 1 percentage point change in economic growth (GDP). In study, total employment flexibility (TECE), female employment flexibility (FECE) and male employment flexibility (MECE) are calculated separately for each year in the aforementioned period. The analysis was carried out using the employment elasticity formula of economic growth. As a result; When the period covering the years 2010-2020 is evaluated as a whole; For each variable (TECE, FECE a nd MECE) employment increase was found to be negative and productivity increase was positive due to the positive growth of the GDP and the elasticity coefficients being less than zero.
