Subhyaloid hemorajide Nd-Yag lazer tedavisi

Öz:
AMAÇ: Premaküler subhyaloid hemorajili olgularda Nd-YAG lazer membranotomi tedavi sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi. YÖNTEM: Valsalva retinopati, diabetik retinopati, travmatik ve aspirin kullanımına sekonder subhyaloid hemorajili 11 olguya öykünün başlangıcında 2-20 gün (ortalama 4.7 gün) sonra Q-swicted Nd-YAG lazer uygulandı. Enerji düzeyi 4-7 mj, atım sayısı 1-4 arasındaydı. BULGULAR: Nd-Yag lazer uygulama sonrası 10 olguda hemoraji vitreusa drene oldu ve hastaların parmak sayma derecesinde olan görmeleri 8 olguda 0.8-Tam, 2 olguda 0.6-0.7 düzeyine çıktı. Başarısız Nd-YAG uygulanan diabetli bir olguda erken pars plana vitrektomi yapıldı. Nd-YAG lazer uygulama sırasında ve takiplerde herhangi bir komplikasyon görülmedi. SONUÇ: Premaküler subhyaloid hemorajinin vitreusa drenajında erken Nd-YAG lazer tedavisi görme keskinliğinde dramatik bir artış sağlayan kolay uygulanabilir alternatif bir tedavi yöntemidir.

Nd-Yag laser therapy in subhyaloid hemorrhage

Öz:
PURPOSE: To investigate the results of Nd-YAG laser membranotomy in patients with premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage. METHODS: 11 eyes with premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage secondary to valsalva retinopathy, diabetic retinotomy, traumatic or secondary to aspirin usage were treated with Q-switched Nd-YAG laser. The duration of hemorrhage was 2-20 (mean 4.7) days. Applied energy level was 4-7 mj, pulse number was between 1-4. RESULTS: In 10 patients after Nd-YAG laser membranotomy hemorrhage drained into the vitreous cavity and visual acuity improved to 0.8-1.0 in 8 patients and 0.6-0.7 in 2 patients from hand motions. One diabetic eye required early vitrectomy. During the application of laser and follow up period no complication has been observed. CONCLUSION: Nd-YAG laser is an alternative and easy treatment for the drainage of premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage into the vitreous cavity while improving the visual acuity.
