Prepapiller arteriyel lup ve vitreus hemorajisi
Öz: Prepapiller arteriyel lup, santral retina arterinin ana dallarından köken alan damarların, disk üstünde damarsal lup oluşturduktan sonra retinaya dağılım gösterdiği konjenital vasküler bir anomalidir. Bu çalışmada vitreus hemorajisiyle birlikte olan prepapiller arteriyel luplu bir olgu sunularak bu antitenin klinik özellikleri tartışıldı.

Öz: Prepapillary arterial loop is a congenital vascular anomaly in which one of the main branches of the central retinal artery forms a preretinal loop at the disc before being distributed in the retina. In present study, a 22- year- old patient with prepapillary arterial loop complicated with intravitreal hemorrhage is described and clinical features of this entity are discussed.
