Öz:

Arastırmanın amacı, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının okula uyum düzeyleri ile akran iliskilerinin farklı boyutları arasındaki iliskiyi eğitim öğretim yılının güz ve bahar dönemlerinde incelemektir. Çalısmanın örneklem grubunu, Denizli’nin merkez ilçesinde okul öncesine devam eden 5-6 yas grubundan 76 çocuk olusturmustur. Veri toplama araçları olarak Kisisel Bilgi Formu, Çocuk Davranıs Ölçeği, Akran Siddetine Maruz Kalma Ölçeği ve 5-6 Yas Çocukları Đçin Okula Uyum Öğretmen Değerlendirmesi Ölçeği kullanılmıstır. Arastırmanın sonuçlarına göre güz ve bahar dönemlerinde çocukların okula uyum düzeyleri yükseldikçe olumlu sosyal davranıs düzeyi de yükselmekte, uyum düzeyleri azaldıkça olumlu sosyal davranıs düzeyleri de azaldığını göstermektedir. Đki dönemde de okula uyum düzeyi arttıkça saldırganlık, korkulu-kaygılı olma, dıslanma, asırı hareketlilik ve akran siddetine maruz kalma düzeyleri azalmakta, baskalarına yönelik olumlu sosyal davranıs düzeyi artmaktadır. Ayrıca eğitim öğretim yılının basındaki okula uyum düzeyi bahar döneminin sonundaki akran iliskileri ile anlamlı iliski içindedir. Okulun basında sağlanan uyum düzeyi yıl içindeki akran iliskilerini etkileyebilmektedir.

Öz:

The aim of the research is to study the relations between school adjustment levels and peer relations with various dimensions of preschool children especially during autumn and spring terms. The sample group of the study consisted of 76 children of 5-6 years old attending preschools located in central region of Denizli city. A demographic data form, The Child Behavior Scale, The Victimization Scale and The Teacher Rating Scale of School Adjustment for 5-6 Years of Children were used to gather data. According to the results of the research the positive social behavior levels of the children grow parallel to their adjustment levels in schools. The more school adjustment increases, the lower becomes aggression, anxiety, exclusion, hyperactivity and being victim of peer aggression. As a result the levels of pro-social behaviors increase a lot. The adaptation level at the beginning of school year effects significantly the peer relation during the whole school year.
