Avrupa birliğinde yönetisim

Öz:
Avrupa Birliği’nin bütünlesme sürecinde yönetisim anahtar kavramlardan birini olusturmaktadır. Avrupa yönetisimine hem Birliğin içinde olduğu mesruiyet krizini asmak, hem de genisleyen Birliğe etkin bir isleyis kazandırmak açılarından önemli islevler yüklendiği izlenmektedir. Bu yazı çerçevesinde bir yandan Avrupa yönetisimi tanımlanmaya çalısılırken, bir yandan farklı yaklasımların altı çizilerek kavram üzerindeki tartısmalar ve sorunlu alanlar ele alınmaktadır.

Öz:
European governance constitutes one of the key concepts in the integration process of the EU. European governance has been considered a remedy for the democratic legitimacy crisis as well as an efficient way of functioning for the enlargement of the Union. This article focuses firstly place on the definition of the European governance and then tries to understand its implications for the European administrative system.
