Açık ve uzaktan öğrenme araştırmalarında delfi tekniğinin kullanımı

Öz:
Araştırmanın amacı açık ve uzaktan öğrenme alanın- da Delfi tekniğinin kullanıldığı araştırmaların analiz sonuçlarını sunmaktır. Bu alandaki araştırmacılara yol göstermesi açısından öncelikle Delfi tekniği ayrıntı- lı olarak anlatılmış, daha sonra Delfi tekniğinin kulla- nıldığı araştırmalar analiz edilmiştir. Bu analiz, eğitim araştırmalarının yer aldığı ERIC veritabanı taranarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulunan araştırmalar konu, tur sa- yısı, uzman paneli büyüklüğü ve veri analizinde kulla- nılan parametreler açısından incelenmiştir. Sonuç ola- rak, açık ve uzaktan öğrenme alanında Delfi tekniğinin kullanıldığı sınırlı sayıda araştırmaya ulaşılmıştır. Bu araştırmalar daha çok yönetim ve organizasyon, açık ve uzaktan öğrenmede araştırma ve öğretim tasarımı ile ilgilidir. Yapılan çalışmalarda alanyazınla paralel olarak çoğunlukla 3 turun yer aldığı, uzman paneli bü- yüklüğünün 11 kişiden 106 kişiye kadar değiştiği, veri- lerin analizi için alanyazındaki önerilerin aksine ağır- lıklı olarak ortalamanın kullanıldığı görülmektedir.

Use of delphi technique in open and distance learning research

Öz:
he purpose of this study is to reveal the results of the analysis of the studies in which Delphi technique is used in open and distance learning. In order to guide the researchers in this field, at first, Delphi technique was presented in detail, then the articles in which Delp- hi technique was used were analyzed. This analysis was carried out by searching ERIC database. These artic- les were examined in terms of their scope, number of rounds, size of the expert panel and parameters that were used for data analysis. As a result, limited number of articles was found using Delphi as a data collecting technique. These articles were predominantly related with management and organization, research in open and distance learning, and instructional design. In the articles, it was observed that mostly 3 rounds occurred in parallel with the literature, the size of the expert pa- nel varied from 11 to 106, and means scores were used more often for data analysis contrary to the literature.
