Arap Baharı ve Orta Doğu: Çok eksenli güç mücadelesinde denge arayışları

Öz:
Tarihsel olarak Ortadoğu uluslararası ilişkilerinde çok sayıda dinamik ve fay hattı etkileşimde bulunmuştur. Bunların başlıcaları; Arap milliyetçiliği, Arap sosyalizmi, batı karşıtlığı ve yanlılığı, siyasal İslam, radikal İslam ve Şii eksenidir. Arap baharı ile başlayan süreçte; Ortadoğu’daki mevcut fay hatlarına ve dinamiklere farklı boyutlar eklenmiştir. Öngörülebilir bir gelecek için bölgenin başta Sünni ve Kürt dinamikleri olmak üzere farklı dinamiklerin etkileşiminde şekillenmeye devam edeceği görülmektedir. Diğer taraftan bölgesel güç mücadelesinde çeşitli ittifak arayışları ve çoklu eksen algılamalarının baskın olacağı, her bir dinamiğin ağırlığının bölge ülkelerinde değişiklik göstereceği değerlendirilmektedir.

The Arap Spring and the Middle East: The quests for the balance in the multi- Axis power struggle

Öz:
Historically, a number of dynamics and fault lines have been interacted in the international relations of the Middle East. They are mainly Arab nationalism, Arab socialism, anti and pro western camps, the political Islam, the radical Islam and the Shiite axis. In the period beginning with the Arab spring; different dimen- sions are added to the existing fault lines and dynamics in the Middle East. For the foreseeable future, it is seen that the region will continue to be shaped in interaction of different dynamics including Kurt and Sunni ones. On the other hand, it is assessed that pursuit for various alliances and the perceptions of multi- axis will dominate the regional power struggle, and the weight of each dynamic will vary in the countries of the region.
