Hematolojik hastalıklarda göz bulguları

Öz:

Hematolojik hastalıklar vücutta hemen hemen tüm dokuları olumsuz yönde etkileyebilen, toplumda oldukça sık görülen bir grup hastalıktır. Göz tutulumuda hematolojik hastalıklarda yaklaşık %90 oranında görülmektedir. Hematolojik hastalıklar gözde bütün yapıları tutabilseler de konjonktiva ve retina diğer yapılara oranla daha sık olarak tutulmaktadır. Bazen okü- ler bulgular hastalığın ilk belirtisi olabildiği gibi hematolojik hastalık tanısı konmuş hastalarda yapılan kontrollerde göz bulguları görülebilmektedir. Göz bulgusu ilk semptom olan hastalarda tanı koymak zor olabilir. Bu derlemede hematolojik hastalıklarda meydana gelen göz bulguları incelenmeştir.

Ophthalmic manifastation of hematolojic disesases

Öz:

Hematolojik diseases is a common group of diseases which seen frequently in the population and that may negatively effect all tisues of the body. Ocular manifes¬tation is often asymptomatic. Hematolojic diseases effect all the structures of the eye and in most cases the conjunctiva and retina are involved. Although the ophthalmological findings are the first presenting symptom of the disease sometimes ophthalmologic findings may be seen while oculer examination of the patients diagnosed with hematological disorders . The diagnosis can be difficult especially when the ocular manifes¬tation represents the first symptoms. In this rewiev, eye changes that occured in hematologic diseases are systematicly eveluated.
