Toraks difüzyon manyetik rezonans görüntüleme

Öz:
Tora ksta manyetik rezonans görüntü leme (MRG) ile sa dece morfo lojik de ğerlen dirme yapa b ilme kteyk en artık günümüz de difü zyon za ğırlıklı görüntü leme gib i fon ksiyone l ince leme leri de k u llana b ilme kteyiz. Hare k eti aza ltıc ı yazılım lar, ço klu k ana l k u llan ımı, pa ra le largörüntü leme ve h ızlı se k anslar gib i yeni te kno lo jiler sayesin de tora k sta artık doyurucu ka lite de görüntü ler a lınma kta dır. Son yıl a rdallaçok sayıda toraks MRG çalışmalarında umut verici sonuçlar yayınlanm ıştır. Radyasyon içermediği için baz ı endikasyonlar da bilgisa -lgyarlı tomo grafinin a lternatifi o la b ilece ği görü lme kte dir. Bu derleme de difüzyon MR ince lemenin a kciğer ve me diasten pato lo jile rin deri hangi durum larda nasıl uy gu lan dığıy la ilgili yapılan günce l ça lışma ları gözden geçirdik ve tora ks pato lo jilerinin tan ım lanmas nda,ınk ara kterizasyonun da ne tür b ilgiler sa ğla dığın ı ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

Diffusion magnetic resonance imaging of thorax

Öz:
Alth ou gh ma gnetic resonance ima ging (MRI) of T h orax is on ly use -fu l for morph o logica l eva luation, currently we can use it for func-tiona l eva luation suc h as diffusion weigh te d ima gin g. Currently, wecan obtain higher quality ima ges because of new technolo giessuc h as software th at decrease motion artefact, use of mu lti-ch an -ne l, para lle l ima gin g an d fast sequences. Many promisin g resu lts o fth orax MRI h ave b een pu blis he d. It ma y a lso b e an a lternative to th orax computed tomograph y in some in dications with out radiation exposure risk. In th is review, we evaluated current literature onuse of DWI MRI examination on th e path ologies of lungs an d mediastinum an d aime d to present wh at kin d of information is pro-vided on recognition an d ch aracterization of th oracic path ologies
