ÖRGÜTSEL VE SOSYAL DESTEK ALGILARININ YAŞAM TATMİNİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: İŞ VE EVLİLİK TATMİNİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

ÖRGÜTSEL VE SOSYAL DESTEK ALGILARININ YAŞAM TATMİNİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: İŞ VE EVLİLİK TATMİNİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Öz:
Bu çalışmada algılanan örgütsel ve sosyal desteğin yaşam tatmini üzerindeki etkileri ve bu etkide iş ve evlilik tatmini düzeylerinin aracılık rolü araştırılmıştır. Çalışma Sakarya Üniversitesinde görev yapan evli akademisyenlerden anket yolu ile toplanan veriler üzerinden, hiyerarşik regresyon ve yapısal eşitlik modellemesi analizleri ile yürütülmüştür. Sonuçlara göre yaşam tatmini üzerinde iş tatmini evlilik tatmininden daha büyük bir etkiye sahiptir. Ayrıca algılanan örgütsel desteğin yaşam tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde iş tatminin tam aracılık rolü, algılanan sosyal desteğin yaşam tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde ise evlilik tatmini değişkeninin tam aracılık rolü üstlendiği tespit edilmiştir.

THE EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT ON LIFE SATISFACTION: THE MEDIATION ROLE OF JOB AND MARRIAGE SATISFACTION

Öz:
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects perceived organizational support and perceived social support on life satisfaction and the mediation effects of job and marriage satisfaction on this effect. The data gathered from the married academicians on Sakarya University, and then hierarchical regression and structural equation modelling analysis were conducted. According to the results the effect of job satisfaction on life satisfaction is greater than the marriage satisfaction. As a result of this study it is determined that the job satisfaction plays a full mediation role on the relationship between perceived organizational support and life satisfaction, and the marriage satisfaction plays a full mediation role on the relationship between perceived social support and life satisfaction.
