FİNANSAL DIŞLANMAYA BAKIŞ
Öz: Bu çalışmada finansal dışlanma kavramı Türkiye örneğinde incelenmiştir. Kavramın gelişimi, türleri, nedenleri, ölçümüve finansal dışlanma riski altındakiler uluslararası literatür çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Finansal Dışlanmanın Türkiye örneğindeele alınmasının önündeki engeller belirlenmiştir. Çalışma ile Finansal Dışlanmanın Türkiyedeki varlığının tüm boyutları iletespit edilmesi gerekliliği ortaya konmaktadır. Bu konuda daha sonraki araştırmaların yönü ve derinliği ile ilgili değerlendirmeleryapılmaktadır. Türkiyede Finansal Dışlanmaya ilişkin yapılacak araştırmaların akademik çevreler, finans sektörüprofesyonelleri, düzenleyici ve denetleyici otoritelerin katkılarını alarak, halkın refahının artırılmasına yönelik önemli potansiyeltaşıdığı ifade edilmektedir.

Öz: This study examines financial exclusion in Turkey. The development and evolution, types, causes andmeasurement of financial exclusion and those under the risk of financial exclusion are reviewed in light of extant internationalliterature. Impediments to examination of financial exclusion in the Turkish context are also identified. The study stresses theimportance of identifying all dimensions of financial exclusion in Turkey. Evaluations about the depth and direction of futurestudies are offered. It is also advocated that future studies on financial exclusion in Turkey, with the support of academic circles,financial sector professionals and regulatory authorities, has potential to contribute to public welfare.
