Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP) is a form of child abuse in which a caregiver (i.e., perpetrator) induces physical or psychological signs or symptoms in a child (i.e., victim) who is under her/his. Due to this symptoms, the victims are became to circulating from to one children’s hospitals to another. In the health and law areas, that cases generally poorly managed, therefore the syndrome consists of short and long term negative effects on childs. As a result of this effects cause some serious injuries or result in death.Therefore, it is important to ensure recognition and understanding of this syndrome in the health and legal area. In the article, the definition of this syndrome has made on the medical assessment part and with different situations in the complex cases in clinical management try to clarify, on the legal assessment part, in example of the national and international two cases studies, underlining the deficiency in the law area and emphasized the lack of standard legal approach and intended to draw attention to the necessity requirements of the multidisciplinary approach in the light of the case.
