Yöre Dışı Alışverişin Tüketiciler Açısından İncelenmesi

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı, kıyafet kalitesi, perakende hizmet kalitesi, modaya düşkün olma, topluma bağlılık ve terör korkusunun yöre dışı alışveriş keyfine ve yöre dışı alışverişe etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Ayrıca, yöre içi pazar özelliklerinin ve yöre dışı alışveriş keyfinin yöre dışı alışverişe et- kisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çerçevede, çalışmanın hipotezleri, Polatlı ilçesinde ikamet eden ve Ankarada kıyafet alışverişi yapan 250 katılımcıdan elde edilen verilerle yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile test edilmektedir. Sonuç olarak, tüketici- nin modaya düşkün olmasının yöre dışı alışveriş keyfine olumlu yönde et- kisi bulunmaktadır. Yöre içi pazar özellikleri, yöre dışı alışverişi olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Yöre dışı alışveriş keyfi, yöre dışı alışverişi olumlu yönde etkilemektedir.

Investigating Consumer Outshopping Behaviour

Öz:
The purpose of this study is to examine whether clothing quality, retail service quality, fashion consciousness, community attachment and terror threat affect outshopping enjoyment and outshopping. In addition, the influences of local trade area characteristics and outshopping enjoyment on outshopping are aimed to be investigated. In this context, hypotheses are tested by structural equation modelling by the datacollected from 250 Polatlı residents who make clothing shopping, in Ankara. As a result, fashion consciousness positively affects outshopping enjoyment. Local trade area characteristics negatively affect outshopping. Outshopping enjoyment positively affects outshopping.
