Gıda Endüstrisinde Nanoteknoloji Uygulamaları

Öz:
Nanoteknoloji, nanometre ölçeğindeki materyal, sistem ve cihazların geliştirilmesi ile ilgilenen bilim ve teknoloji alanıdır. Nanoteknoloji tıp, tekstil kozmetik, elektronik, ilaç, ziraat ve gıda sanayi gibi birçok sektörlerde uygulama alanı bulmuştur. Son yıllarda gıda nanoteknolojisi alanındaki gelişmeler, yenilikçi ve daha sağlıklı gıdaların geliştirilmesine olanaklar sağlamaktadır. Gıda nanoteknolojisi, gıda endüstrisi sektöründe özellikle gıda işleme, muhafaza, ambalajlama, nano katkı maddeleri ve nanosensörlerinin geliştirilmesi gibi birçok alanda araştırma alanlarını kapsamaktadır

Nanotechnology Applications In The Food Industry

Öz:
Nanotechnology, a science and technology branch concerning with developing of material, is a system and devices in nanometer scale. Nanotechnology has found field of application in so many sectors like medicine, textile, cosmetics, electronics, medication, agriculture and food industry. In recent years, improvements on field of food technology provide opportunity for further development of innovative and healthier food. Food nanotechnology covers resarch fields in so many fields like especially development of food processing, preservation, packaging, nano additive agents and nanosensors in sector of food industry
