İntraoperatif hipertansiyon ile belirlenen feokromositoma (Olgu sunumu)

Öz:

İntraoperatif dönemde, cerrahi sırasında şiddetli kan basıncı yükselmeleri ciddi morbidite ve mortalite oluşturabilmektedir. İntraoperatif hipertansiyon oluşturan nedenler arasında feokromositoma, teşhisi ve tedavisi zor olan durumlardandır. Tanı konulmayan feokromositoma olgularının operasyonlarında, anestezi indüksiyonunda veya cerrahi döneminde perioperatif mortalite çok yüksektir (%25-50). Biz burada ani ve şiddetli kan basıncı yükselmesi ile belirlenen bir feokromositoma olgusunu sunmayı ve tedavisini tartışmayı amaçladık.

Pheochromocytoma, diagnosed by intraoperative hypertension (Case report)

Öz:

Severe hypertension in surgical patients could cause serious perioperative morbidity and mortality. Pheochromocytoma as a cause for intraoperative hypertension, is a diffucult case to diagnose and treat. Perioperative mortality has a very high incidence in undiagnosed pheochromocytoma cases at induction of anesthesia and during surgery (25-50%). We present and discuss the treatment of a pheochromocytoma case that was diagnosed as a result of intraoperative severe hypertension.
