This article aims to highlight and evaluate the vvays of implementing participatory public administration. Within this concept; it is based on the principles of civil servants. themselves or their representatives via their organizations, people benefiting from public services (consuming public services). themselves or their representatives via their organizations and the authorities of the public institution (public administrator), who are responsible from prodtıcing and auditing public service, gathering vvithin a three-organizational structure, coordinating, evaluating. enhancing proposals and setting-up problem solving facilities. This article will give a brief information on such topics ; public service, civil sen'ants. public administration. participation in governance. participatory public administration, public interest, public and private sector, non governmental organizations. Afterwards, the implementation process of participatory public administration in Turkey's administrative and social structure is going to be explained by the help of examples. A general evaluation and some suggestions are put forth at the end of the article
