Sistemik Florokinolon Kullanımına Bağlı Bilateral Akut İris Değişiklikleri Saptanan İki Olgu
Öz: Bilateral akut iris depigmentasyonu (BAİD) ve transilluminasyonu (BAİT) başlığı altında toplanan iris değişiklikleri son yıllarda gündeme gelmiş ve etiyoloji net olmasa da ağırlıklı olarak sistemik fl orokinolon kullanımı suçlanmıştır. Biz de sistemik fl orokinolon hikayesi olan BAİD ve BAİT gelişen iki ayrı olguyu klinik farklılıkları da tartışarak sunmak istedik.

Two Cases Who Were Diagnosed Bilateral Acute Iris Changes Due to Systemic Fluoroquinolone
Öz: Bilateral acute depigmentation of iris (BAID) and bilateral acute iris transillumination (BAIT) have emerged in recent years and although etiology is unclear it has been accused of systemic fl uoroquinolone. We aimed to report and discuss two cases with BAID and BAIT who have used systemic fl uoroquinolone in the light of clinical fi ndings and differences.
