Öz: Bu makalede, devletin, jus cogens normları ihlal eden jure imperii işlemleri bakımından hukuki yargı bağışıklığı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme, ulusal ve uluslararası çeşitli düzenlemeler ve mahkeme kararları ışığında yapılmıştır.

Öz: This article analyses the state immunity with regards to the violations of jus cogens norms through acta jure imperii. This assessment is based on treaties, domestic regulations and judicial decisions.
