Gebelikte Elektrokonvülsif Tedavi

Öz:
Gebelik kadınlarda önemli biyolojik, psikolojik ve sosyolojik değişikliklere yol açar. Gebelik haftası, anne ve fetüste gelişebilecek yan etkiler, gebelerin psikolojik bozukluklarının yönetiminde de dikkate alınması gereken önemli faktörlerdir. Bu nedenle gebelikteki psikiyatrik yaklaşımda bazı farklılıklar vardır. Bu yazıda gebelikte elektrokonvüsif tedavi kullanımını özellikle anne ve fetüse etkileri açısından, tıbbi literatürü gözden geçirerek incelemeyi amaçladık

Electroconvulsive Therapy During Pregnancy

Öz:
Pregnancy results in major biological, psychological and sociological changes of the pregnant women. Gestational week, and probable maternal and fetal adverse effects are important factors that should be considered carefully during the management of psychological disturbances of a pregnant woman. Therefore, there are some differences in the psychiatric approach during pregnancy. In this paper, we aim to analyse the use of electroconvulsive therapy during pregnancy, particularly with its effects on the mother and the fetus, by reviewing the existing medical literature
