The fear, as an instinct to survive and therefore to continue the species in animal world, which also includes the human being, prioritizes human; however it has been humanized along with the human being. Nevertheless, through the institutionalization of domination and exploitation, "fear" was instrumentalized at the hands of the oppressors and exploiters, transformed into an instrument enabling to maintain oppression and exploitation. In this sense, the state was built both as a fear mechanism and as a device protecting its citizens against external threats. The embodiment of fear as a source of profit is an invention by capitalism. Concomitant with capitalism, the fear was also turned into a marketing tool. Capitalism created a huge "security" market to eliminate the risks to comfortable, hygienic, sterile and safe world made of commodities. It rearranged the antibacterial reasoning and anti-terror logic within the frame of a singular decree and caused the individuals at risk of being attacked to give up their activities, self-confidence, and creativity and to submit to a superior, strong and specialist willpower to be able to maintain the standards manufactured for them.
