Öz:

Kapama cihazı ile perkütan olarak kapattığımıznikel allerjisi olan atriyal septal defektli hastayı sunduk.Metal allerjisi olan ve nitinol içeren cihaz implantasyonuyapılacak hasta nikel aşırı duyarlılığı açısından değerlendirilmelidir.Kullanılacak olan kapama cihazı veya tedavistratejisi (perkütan veya cerrahi) allerji testi sonucuna göreseçilmelidir.

Öz:

Presently described is transcatheter closureof atrial septal defect with atrial septal occluder (ASO) devicein a patient with nickel allergy. Patients with metal allergywho will undergo nitinol device implantation should betested for possible nickel hypersensitivity. ASO device andtreatment strategy (percutaneous or surgical) should be selectedaccording to allergy test result.
