Ancak alan yaz?n cinsel istismarma?duru çocuklar?n ya?ad?klar?n? kolayca aç?klamalar?n?beklemenin gerçekçi olmad???n? göstermektedir. Bu yüzden çocuklar?n istemli aç?klama yapmalar?n? sa?layabilecek meslek elemanlar?n?n varl??? çok önemlidir. Bu çal??mada çocuk cinsel istismar ?üphesinin bildiriminedayanak olu?turmaya yetecek bilgilerin al?nd??? ilk görü?menin genel çerçevesini tan?mlamak ve böylece ilgilimeslek elemanlar?n?n ba?vurabilece?i yaz?l? bir kaynakolu?turmak amaçlanm??t?r. Bunun için çocu?un cinselistismar? aç?klamas?yla ilgili ara?t?rmalar ve benzeramaçla olu?turulmu? görü?me protokolleri incelenmi?tir. The first interview with child ahead of reporting suspected child sexual abuse

Öz:

Child's disclosures have critical value in child sexualabuse reporting. However, literature show that it is notrealistic to expect the abused child to disclosure whats/he experienced easily. Accordingly, it is very importantto have professionals who can provide help to get child'spurposeful disclosure. In this study, in order to getenough information of the suspected child sexual abuse,depicting the basics of the first interview; therefore providing a written reference appeal for the personnel concerning the issue was aimed. To assure this aim, the studies concerning the child sexual abuse disclosures andinterview protocols formed for similar reasons wereexamined.In this study, a three staged interview schema was takenas a base and an interview plan was formed with regardto samples of possible response sample scenarios. Thepreparation stage in which establishing a secure relationship with the child is a priority, consists of a generalrelaxing conversation, informing and describing theguidelines of the interview. The facilitation stage inwhich child's spontaneous disclosure was supported,includes the use of responses such as encouraging, genuineness, explaining the boundaries of confidentiality,minimal encouragers to talking, free-recall prompt,empathetic response, ability of sustaining silence, askingquestions with an aim, paying attention to impliedexplanations and confirming explanation behavior. Thetermination stage in which the convenience of endingthe interview was checked, involves learning child's feelings about his/her disclosure, checking child's security,answering his/her questions, encouraging him to takecontrol and preparation of written form of the interview
