MATERNAL BAKIMDA KANITA DAYALI UYGULAMA KÜLTÜRÜNÜN OLUŞTURULMASI

Öz:
Kanıta dayalı uygulama, klinik karar verme sürecinde problem çözücü bir yaklaşımdır. Kanıta dayalı uygulamanın birçok yararı olmasına rağmen, maternal bakımda kanıt temelli uygulamalar yetersizdir. Bu çalışma, ülkemizde maternal bakımda kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmada gerekli olan unsurları belirlemek amacıyla derleme Ģeklinde planlanmıştır. Yapılan literatür taraması sonucu kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmak için gerekli olan unsurlar; "değişime hazır olma", "mentörlük sistemleri", "kaynakların temini", "ödüllendirme sistemleri", "sürekli eğitimler", "kanıta dayalı uygulama modelleri" ve "karar destek sistemleri" olarak bulunmuştur. Maternal bakımda kanıta dayalı uygulama kültürü oluşturmak için mentörlerin var olması, klinikte karar destek sistemleri ve modellerin kullanılması, sürekli eğitimlerin, hemşireleri teşvik etmede ödüllendirme sistemlerin oluĢturulması, kliniklerde rehberlere ulaĢmayı sağlayan kaynakların var olması önerilmektedir.

CREATION OF EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE CULTURE IN THE MATERNAL CARE

Öz:
Evidence-based practice is a problem-solving approach in clinical decision making. Although there are many benefits, evidence-based practices in maternal care is inadequate. This study was planned as review in order to determine the elements needed to create a culture of evidence based practice in maternal care’ our country. As a result of a literature search, it is found that the elements creating a culture of evidence based practice, being "readiness of changes", "the presence of mentoring system", "provision of resources," "reward system", "continuous training", "evidence based practice models" and "decision support systems". To create a evidence based practice of culture in the maternal care, existence of mentors, use of decision support systems and models in clinic, continuous training, creation of the reward system to encourage nurses, being clinical resources provide access to guideline in clinic is recommended.
