İSVEÇ ANAYASASI ÜZERİNE NOTLAR
Öz: İsveç anayasası, tarihsel arka planı nedeniyle dikkat çekici özellikler göstermektedir. Yavaş, uzun süreli, istikrarlı ve barışçıl bir evrim sonunda bugünkü nihai halini almış olan İsveç anayasası, anayasal statüye sahip dört hukuk metninden müteşekkildir. Bu metinler arasında içerik olarak gerçek anlamda anayasa olarak nitelendirilmeyi hak eden ve bu nedenle anayasa bloğunun omurgasını oluşturan belge 1974 tarihli Regeringsformen (R.F.)’dir. 1974 tarihli R.F., İsveç devletinin temel niteliklerini, temel hak ve özgürlükleri, yasama, yürütme ve yargı organlarını ve bu organların görev ve yetkileri ile birbirleri ile olan ilişkilerini düzenleyen hükümlere yer vermektedir. Bu hükümler klasik anayasa doktrini açısından değerlendirildiğinde içerik olarak benzersiz düzenlemeler getirmektedir.

SOME NOTES ON SWEDISH CONSTITUTION
Öz: Constitution of Sweden has remarkable feautures due to its historical background. After a slow,agelong but consistent and peaceful evolution, it has taken its final form which is composed of four separate constitutional documents. Among those, substantially Regeringsformen of 1974 is the one which deserves to be defined as real constitution and thus serves the basis of Swedish constitutional bloc. R.F of 1974 includes regulations on the basic principles of the Swedish state, fundamental rights and freedomsof individuals, legislative, executive and jurisdiction and regulations concerning the relations between those organs. In some respects those regulations includes unique features compared to conventional constitutional doctrine.
