Ters Zoonotik Viral Enfeksiyonlar

Öz:
Son on yılda insanlarda ortaya çıkan yeni enfeksiyonların yaklaşık olarak %64’ünün hayvan veya hayvansalkaynaklı ürünlerden kaynaklandığı saptanmıştır. Zoonoz enfeksiyonlarda hayvanların adeta enfeksiyon havuzu gibidavrandığını ve bu nedenle insanlar için büyük risk oluşturduklarını yeniden gündeme getirmiştir. Genellikle hayvanlardaninsanlara bulaşan enfeksiyonlar olarak algılanan zoonoz enfeksiyonlar, aslında insanlardan hayvanlara bulaşanhastalıklar olarak da düşünülmelidir. Bu durum ters zoonoz olarak adlandırılıp, insanlardaki viral enfeksiyonların yakıntemasta olunan hayvan türlerinde saptanmasıyla ortaya konmuştur. Bu derleme ile viral ters zoonoz enfeksiyonlar konusundayapılmış çalışmaların verileri değerlendirilmiş ve bu enfeksiyonların hayvan ve insan sağlığı için öneminedikkat çekilmiştir.

Reverse Zoonotic Viral Infections

Öz:
Last ten years, it is detected that approximately 64% of the diseases that have affected human have been caused by animal pathogens. It has been reviewed that animals acts almost like an infection pool in zoonotic infections and for this reason they pose a great risk for human health. Zoonotic infections, which are generally perceived as infections that are transmitted to humans from animals, should also be considered as diseases that are actually transmitted to humans from animals. This is called reverse zoonosis and has been demonstrated by the detection of viral infections in humans in closely related animal species. Importance of reverse zoonosis that can be transmitted from human to animals have been demonstrated by the viral zoonotic infections in human are detected in close contact animals with people. In this review, the data from studies on viral reverse zoonotic infections were evaluated and attention was drawn to the importance of these infections for both animal and human health.
