TI  - Investigation of the Relationship Between Job Performance, Burnout and Workaholism
AB  - The research is carried out for police officers working at the Diyarbakır PoliceDepartment in the Southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey. The aim of the research is todetermine the relationship between the concepts of job performance, burnout, andworkaholism of the police officers. Research data are collected by questionnaires and189 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The correlation, regression, t-Test andAnova analyzes are applied to the research data in the SPSS program. At the end of theresearch, a low level negative relation is found between the concepts of jobperformance, burnout, and workaholism. It is also determined that there were nosignificant differences between the demographic variables and the research subjects atthe significance level of 0,05.
