Kanserli Kadınlarda Cinsel Sorunlar
Öz: Başta meme ve jinekolojik kanserler olmak üzere tüm kanserler ve tedavi yöntemleri cinsel fonksiyonları etkilemekteolup hastalık sonrası dönemde de cinsel sorunlar devametmektedir. Cinsel işlevin sürdürülmesi sağlıklı kişilerdeolduğu kadar kanserli hastalarda da önemlidir. Sağlık ekibikanser sürecinde cinsel sorunların ortaya çıkmasını önleme, çözümü konusunda hastalara danışmanlık ve destekvermeyle yükümlüdür. Cinsel sorunlara çözüm getirebilmekiçin cinselliği değerlendirirken biyo-psikososyal yaklaşımıkullanmak bütüncül bir bakış açısı sağlar. Meme ve jinekolojik kanserler, kadınlarda cinsel sorunlara neden olan enönemli sağlık sorunları olmakla birlikte, kolorektal kanserler, baş ve boyun kanserleri ve kanser sürecinde uygulanantedavi yöntemleri de kadınlarda cinsel sorunların oluşumuna zemin hazırlamaktadır. Bu makalede kadınlarda cinselsorunlara neden olan kanser türleri ve tedavi yöntemleriyle, kanserli kadınlarda ortaya çıkan cinsel sorunların sıklığı ve nedenleri hakkında bilgiler yer almaktadır.

Sexual Problems in Women with Cancer
Öz: All cancers and treatment methods, especially breast and gynecological cancers, affect sexual functions, and sexual problems continue during postdisease period. Maintenance of sexual function is important in healthy people, and cancer patients as well. A healthcare team is obliged to counsel and support the patient in preventing and resolving sexual problems during the cancer. Adopting a bio-psychosocial approach during evaluation of sexuality so as to provide solutions to sexual problems provides a holistic perspective. Although breast and gynecological cancers are major health issues that cause sexual problems in women, colorectal cancers, head and neck cancers, and treatment modalities applied during the cancer process also predispose to sexual problems in women. This study provides information on cancer types and treatment methods that cause sexual problems in women and the frequency and causes of sexual problems in women with cancer.
