KADIN ÇALIŞANLARIN TOPLUMSAL CİNSİYET ALGILARI VE İŞE ADANMIŞLIKLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Öz:
Toplumsal cinsiyet algısı bireylerin toplumdaki görev, sorumluluk ve kendilerinden olan beklentileribelirleyen cinsiyet normlarına dayanır. Toplumsal cinsiyet algısı kadınların yaşamın farklıalanlarındaki sorumluluklarını yerine getirmede kullandıkları referans olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşyaşamı toplumsal cinsiyet algısının etkin olarak hissedildiği bir alan olarak kadınların yaşamında biryer kapsamaktadır. Çalışanların adanmışlıklarının işletmenin performansını etkilediği göz önünealındığında işgücünün büyük bir kısmını oluşturan kadın çalışanların adanmışlıklarının toplumsalcinsiyet algısı tarafından etkilenebileceği düşünülmüştür. Yayılım kuramı (Spillover Theory)çerçevesinde kurulan modelin araştırılması için Sinop il ve ilçelerinde kamu ve özel sektörde ücretliçalışan kadınlardan oluşan örneklem kullanılmıştır. Örneklemden toplanan veriler bir istatistikprogramı ile analiz edilmiştir. Regresyon sonuçlarına göre toplumsal cinsiyet algısının adanmışlığıetkilediği görülmüştür.
