PERAKENDE SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR SÜPERMARKETTE REBA, NIOSH VE SNOOK TABLOLARI YÖNTEMLERİNİ KULLANARAK ERGONOMİK RİSK ANALİZİ VAKA ÇALIŞMASI

Öz:
Bu çalışmada perakende satış yapan, Türkiye’de süpermarketler zinciri bulunan birfirmanın şubelerinden birinin kasap, şarküteri, depo ve manav reyonlarında vetemizlik işlerinde çalışanların elle kaldırma işleri ve çalışma duruş pozisyonlarıincelenerek ergonomik risk değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.Çalışanların el ile yük kaldırma işleri revize edilmiş NIOSH (Ulusal Mesleki Sağlık veGüvenlik Enstitüsü) kaldırma denklemi yöntemi, duruş pozisyonları Hızlı TümVücut Değerlendirme (REBA) yöntemi, itme ve çekme işleri Snook tabloları yöntemikullanarak analiz edilmiştir. Kasap reyonunda tezgâhta mekanik değişiklikleryapılması önerilerek yapılan iyileştirmeler sonucunda REBA skoru üçe düşürülerekgüvenli çalışma ortamı sağlanmıştır. Manav reyonu çalışanlarının el ile kasalarıkaldırma ve tezgâhlara ürün yerleştirme işlerinde yük miktarının ve asimetriaçısının azaltılması yönünde öneriler getirilmiştir. Depo bölümünde forklift veyamekanik alet kullanılarak taşıma yapılması tavsiye edilmiştir. Temizlikelemanlarının zemin temizliği sırasında yaptıkları itme işi için daha hafif bir yertemizleme cihazının alınması veya işin iki çalışan arasında dönüşümlü olarakyapılması önerilmiştir.

Öz:
In this study, the manual handling and working posture positions of employees working in a supermarket in Turkey were investigated by ergonomic risk assessment methods. The supermarket has butchery, delicatessen, warehouse and grocery sections. Manual load handling works were analyzed using revised NIOSH (National Occupational Health and Safety Institute) lifting equation. The working posture positions were analyzed using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Pulling and pushing forces were analyzed using Snook Tables method. As a result of the mechanical changes in the workbench of the butcher, the REBA score was reduced to three and a safe working environment was provided. Suggestions had been made to reduce the amount of load and asymmetry angle in the work of manual handling of load carriage and placement of products on benches in grocery department. In the warehouse section, a forklift or a mechanical tool was recommended for transportation. For the pushing action of the employees during floor cleaning, a lighter floor-cleaning device was suggested and it is recommended that the work be done alternately between the two employees.
