Uluslararası Hukukta Elçilik Binalarına Dair Bazı Teknik Konular Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Öz:
Elçilik binası sürekli diplomasinin en önemli maddî unsurlarından birini teşkil eder. Elçilik binalarına ilişkin en önemlihusus, kuşkusuz, bunların dokunulmazlığıdır. Ancak, elçilik binalarına ilişkin tanım, gereklilik, mimarî, konum gibidokunulmazlık dışında da bazı teknik içerikli hususlar vardır. Bu çalışmada, bu konular özet olarak ele alınacaktır.Böylelikle, konunun incelenmesi elçilik binalarının tanımı, tarihî perspektiften gelişimi, gerekliliği, mimarî tasarımı,başkentlerle olan ilişkileri, ardıllık ile üzerlerinde kullanılan bayraklar ve armaların değerlendirilmesi şeklinde başlıklandırılmış kısımlar çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.

An Essay Relating to Some Technical Aspects of Embassy Premises in International Law

Öz:
Embassy premises are one of the most important material elements in permanent diplomacy. The main issue related to embassy premises is without a doubt inviolability of the premises in question. But there are some technical issues other than inviolability issues over embassy premises, such as their definition, necessity, architecture, location etc. In this essay, these subjects will briefly be dealt with. Hence, it is suggested to discuss this matter in seven parts, arranged as follows. - The definition of embassy premises; - The historical perspective of the development of embassy premises; - The necessity of embassy premises; - The architecture of embassy premises; - The embassy premises and Capital Cities; - The embassy premises and the law of state succession; - The embassy premises, flags and arms.
