Öz:

Organizasyonlar, faaliyetlerini sürdürebilmek için birçok tedarikçi firmayla çalışmak zorundadırlar. Tedarikçi firmaların bir grup adayın içinden seçilmesi zor bir karar problemidir. Bu çalışmada Analitik hiyerarşi prosesi ve 0-1 Hedef Programlama tekniklerinin genel yapısı anlatılmış ve her iki yöntemin kullanılmasıyla tedarikçi seçimine yönelik bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu metotların bir arada kullanılmasının etkinliği de tartışılmıştır.
