Öğrenci Hemşirelerin Maneviyat ve Manevi Bakım Algılarının Değerlendirilmesi

Öz:

Tanımlayıcı olarak yapılan araştırma, geleceğinsağlık profesyonelleri olan hemşirelik bölümüöğrencilerinin manevi bakım algılarını ve bu algıyıetkileyebilecek değişkenleri belirlemek üzereyapılmıştır. Çalışma Karadeniz Teknik ÜniversitesiHemşirelik Bölümü öğrencileri ile yürütülmüştür.Çalışmaya 201 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmanınverileri ‘Katılımcı Bilgi Formu’ ve “Maneviyat veManevi Bakım Dereceleme Ölçeği (MMBDÖ)”kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizindetanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemler ve temel istatistikselanalizler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencihemşirelerin %84,1’i kadın ve %37,8’i 2. sınıftaöğrenim görmektedir. Öğrencilerin %60,7’sininmaneviyatı bilmediği, %56,7’sinin manevi bakımıbilmedikleri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada tüm örneklemdeMMBDÖ puan ortalaması 55.08±5,10’dur.Öğrencilerin cinsiyet, bulundukları sınıf, mezun olunanlise, ebeveynlerin eğitim durumu ve meslekleri, ailegelir düzeyine göre MMBDÖ puan ortalamalarınınistatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olarak farklılıkgöstermediği bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin uzun süreyaşadıkları yer, maneviyat ve manevi bakımı bilme,ders içeriğinde manevi bakım eğitimi alma ve stajlardamanevi bakım uygulama durumu ile MMBDÖ puanortalamaları arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli farkolduğu belirlenmiştir.Öğrenci hemşirelerin manevi bakımı duyduklarıancak bu konudaki bilgi ve uygulamalarının yeterliolmadığı, konu ile ilgili eğitimler ile pekiştirilmesigerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Evaluation of Perceptions of Spiritual and Spiritual Care of Student Nurses

Öz:

The descriptive research was carried out to determine the perceptions of the nursing department students who are the health professionals of the future and the variables that can affect this perception. This study was conducted with the students of Karadeniz Technical University Nursing Department. 201 students participated in this study. The data of the study were collected using the ‘Participant Information Form’ and the ‘The Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS)'. Descriptive statistical methods and basic statistical analysis were used in data analysis. In this research, 84.1% of participant women and 37.8’i 2nd grade student. It was determined that 60.7% of the students did not know the spirituality and 56.7% of the students did not know the spiritual care. The average score of the participant in the spirituality and spiritual care grading scale was found as 55.08±5.10. There was no statistically significant difference between scale score by gender, the grades which the students have and the high school they graduated. It has been determined that there is a statistically significant difference between SSCRS scores averages and the place where students live long term, spirituality and spiritual care knowledge, spiritual care training in the course content and spiritual care practice in internships It was concluded that the nursing students heard the spiritual care but their knowledge and practices were not sufficient and should be reinforced with the trainings related to the subject..
