TI  - Absence of the Left Circumflex Artery Detected by Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography
AB  - Congenital absence of the left circumflex artery (LCx) is a veryrare congenital coronary anomaly. It is a benign incidentalfinding. Coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) isthe first choice imaging modality for non-invasive visualizationof coronary artery anomalies. Also, it is fast and safe. Here, wepresent a case with an absent LCx detected by coronary CTA ina 20-year-old man with chest pain.
