Skolyoz cerrahisinde anestezi

Öz:
Skolyoz cerrahisinde gelişen tekniklerle birlikte bu cerrahinin anestezi ve analjezi tekniklerinde de önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Bunların başında nöromüsküler bloker kullanmadan kısa etki süreli intravenöz anestetik infüzyonları eşliğinde nöromonitörizasyon gerçekleştirilerek erken cerra- hi komplikasyonu saptamaktır. Bu nedenle güncel bilgiler ve uygulamalar ışığında konu ile ilgili bir derleme sunulmuştur.
