Korona Virüs Pandemisi: Yeniden Önem Kazanan Gıda Kaynaklı Hastalıklar, Nedenleri ve Önleme Yolları

Öz:
Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan Korona virüs pandemisi günlük aktivitelerimizeciddi sınırlılıklar getirmiştir. Neredeyse bütün yaşamsalfaaliyetlerimiz, bireysel ve toplum sağılığını korumak için, ev ortamındagerçekleşmeye başlamıştır. Evde geçirilen bu süreç, besin hazırlamave pişirme oranlarında artışlara neden olmuştur. Bu derlemeyazıda pandemi sürecinde yeniden önem kazanan besin kaynaklıhastalıkların etiyolojisi ve önleme yolları hakkında literatürde yeralan bilgilerin derlenerek özetlenmesi hedeflenmiştir.

Öz:
The Corona virus outbreak, which affects the all world, was brought serious limitations in people’s daily activities. Almost every people’s vital activities were began to take place at home environment to protect individual and community health. The increasing time, which is spent at home, caused also incrrese an amount of time spend for food preparation and cooking. In this review article, we aimed to summarize the information in the literature about the etiology and ways of prevention of foodborne diseases which regained importance in the pandemic period.
