Çocuk ve Ergende COVID-19 Salgını ve Duygudurum Bozuklukları Birlikteliği
Öz: Koronavirüs-19 pandemisi ülkemizi ve dünyayı önemli ölçüde etkileyen bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. Mevcut duygudurum bozuklukları ile takipedilen çocuk ve ergenlerin tedavileri salgından etkilenmekte, tedavinin devamı ile ilgili sorular sıkça sorulmaktadır. Pandemi ve ilişkili olarakalınan önlemler duygudurum bozukluklarının başlamasında da önemli bir çevresel etmendir. Bu derlemede duygudurum bozukluklarınıntedavisi ve kullanılan ilaçların immün sisteme etkileri ile bu hastalığın tedavisinde kullanılan antiviral etkili ilaçların duygudurum bozukluğutedavisinde kullanılan ilaçlar ile etkileşimi tartışılacaktır.

Öz: Coronavirus-19 pandemic is a worldwide public health problem which affects our country as well. The treatment of children and adolescents with existing mood disorders is affected by the pandemic and questions concerning the continuation of the treatment are being asked frequently. The pandemic and relevant precautions also trigger mood disorders. In this review, we aim to discuss the treatment of mood disorders, the effects of the drugs which are used for the existing mood disorders, impact on immune system, interactions with antiviral drugs for Severe Acute Respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2.
