Koyunlarda doğal Psoroptes ovis uyuzunun moxidectin ile sağaltımı

Öz:

Bu çalışmada yaşlan 2-6 yıl arasında değişen ve doğal Psoroptes ovis uyuzla enfekte 14 akkaraman koyununda moxidectin 'in % 1 'lik enjektable solüsyonunun tek ve çift uygulamalarının klinik etkileri araştırıldı. Tüm hayvanlarda sağaltım öncesi deri kazıntıları alınarak parazitolojik incelemeleri yapıldı. Enfekte olan koyunlar P. ovis yoğunluğuna göre hafif, orta ve şiddetli derecede gruplandırıldıktan sonra hafif ve orta derecede uyuz etkenleri ile enfekte olanlar bir grupta (grupJ), şiddetli derecede enfekte olanlar bir grupta incelenecek şekilde iki grup oluşturuldu. Grup 1'e bir kez 0.2mg/kg dozda deri altı yolla moxidectin enjekte edildi. Grup 2'ye ise bir hafta aralıkla iki kez 0.2 mg/kg dozda deri altı yolla moxidectin enjekte edildi. Sağaltım sonrası 28. günde grup 1 ve grup 2' deki koyunların tamamen iyileştiği görüldü. Yapılan parazitolojik incelemede ise P. ovis 'in larva, nimf ve erginlerine rastlanılmadı. Her iki grupta Moxidectin 'in % 100 etkili olduğu saptandı.

Treatment of natural psoroptes ovis magna in sheep with moxidectin

Öz:

This experiment was investigated the clinical effects of the single and pair applications of 1 percent injectable moxidectine solution on 14 sheep of ages 2 to 6 infected by Psoroptes ovis (scab). Prior to intervention, skin samples were taken from all animals for laboratory analysis. Infected sheep were divided into groups mild, medium and severe according to the effect of P. ovis. Gathering mild and medium level infected sheep in a single group later reduced Groupl. The first group was injected a single dose of 0.2 mg / kg moxidectin. The second group was given the same injection twice leaving a period of one week in-between. At the 28th day of the intervention, sheep in both groups got completely well and no P. ovis factor was observed. The effect of Moxidectin was 100 percent for both groups.
