TY - JOUR TI - Evaluation of Free Event Applications According to Class Teachers’ Views AB - This is a descriptive study which aims to examine the opinions of theprimary school teachers who work in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades of theprimary school on the application of free course activities. The sampleconsists of scales obtained from 372 teachers. Elementary schoolteachers' level of application of free activities course; t-test, one-wayanalysis of variance (ANOVA) and Kruskal-Wallis H test forindependent samples with comparative analyzes to determine whetherthey differ according to gender, occupational seniority, class sizetaught, class level taught, school, department graduated andpostgraduate education or not. The findings showed that teachers’opinions did not differ according to their gender, professional andeducational experiences. It was determined that there was a differenceamong teachers’ opinions about classroom sizes in the size of problems.The teachers articulated that it was important to choose activitiesaccording to student levels. They also highlighted the role of materialsand equipments in activities.
