Sosyal Destek ve Yaşam Tatmininin Mesleki Stres Üzerindeki Etkileri: Kayseri'de Faaliyet Gösteren İşletme Sahipleri ile Bir Araştırma

Sosyal Destek ve Yaşam Tatmininin Mesleki Stres Üzerindeki Etkileri: Kayseri'de Faaliyet Gösteren İşletme Sahipleri ile Bir Araştırma
Öz: Sosyal destek ve yaşam tatmininin son yıllarda örgüt yaşamı üzerindeki etkileri araştırmacıların ilgi alam haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, sosyal destek ve yaşam tatmininin işletme sahiplerinin mesleki stresleri ile ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma, Kayseri'de faaliyet gösteren, KOBİ veya büyük işletme özelliği gösteren işletmelerin sahipleri ile yürütülmüştür. 264 işletme sahibi ile yapılan araştırmada sosyal desteğin ve yaşam tatmininin işletme sahiplerinin mesleki stresini azalttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, sosyal destekle yaşam tatmini arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlarla işletme sahiplerinin streslerini optimal düzeyde tutabilmek için sosyal destek ve yaşam tatminin artırılması gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır.
